New happenings for Serge Entertainment in 2007!

Greetings, peeps. I haven't blogged here in awhile simply because we've been so unbelievably busy. This has been a good year ending on a high note with lots of good news. Erik Norlander's campaign continues and we've succeeded in helping his music chart on the New Music Weekly college chart. Plus he will be performing at RoSFest in April and we are in negotiations for another fest in June.

Hollywood Allstarz will continue on without Vinny Appice who will be touring with Heaven and Hell beginning in March. HA returns to Apache Gold in Arizona on January 12th & 13th so if you want to catch Vinny one more time, that's the time to do it!

We have a new record label coming on board the Serge Entertainment PR roster in January along with a beautiful female singer/songwriter named Alyssa Cooper (http://www.alyssamusic.com) and we may add a new management client to our roster as well - a very talented singer songwriter from New Jersey with a voice similar to Johnny Rzeznick and Bryan Adams. In addition, two more clients are slated to join us in January and February.

Our hip hop client Entell is remaining with us for another 3 months. Check out his tune "I luv Hip Hop" at http://www.sonicbids.com/entell. It's opera!

The Wailhounds are slated to perform at some huge fests in the Midwest in 2007 so be sure to check out their myspace page at http://www.myspace.com/thewailhounds for their schedule, especially if you like jam band music.

Robert Allen Mycko will be showcasing in Nashville for some heavy duty industry people on January 30th at Douglas Corner Cafe....be sure to attend this event as Robert is really taking off due to the notoriety of his song "You're My American Hero". More info is at http://www.robertallenmycko.com

We landed a sync licensing deal for film composer client Darren Wilsey whose song is featured in the DVD American Pie - it's already on store shelves.

Also, Music Connection has been very supportive of our clients with a favorable review of our past client Splitsense, an interview with film composer/pianist Jeffrey Michael, and a pending interview with Darren Wilsey. Special thanks to Mark Nardone at Music Connection for all of that support. And also to Tom Kidd, a long time friend and journalist for Music Connection.

Mark Blair Glunt is extremely supportive of SEG's clients with airplay on his Silent Planet radio shows as is Sean at High Octane Radio, Bruce at Independent Nation, Derryl at WebRadioPugetSound, and Lee at Neverending Wonder Radio - thanks to everyone who has supported our clients throughout 2006.

Watch for a new organization I am forming in 2007 - the Cherokee County Music Society. The vision is to liven up the music community in Cherokee County, GA, and hopefully, get more venues in this area interested in promoting live music.

Serge Entertainment wishes all of you and your loved ones a very happy and prosperous new year.
